Young beach hotel combined with modern comfort The Beetroot is a cozy and welcoming hotel in the vicinity of Playa de Palma (300 meters away) in the holiday resort of El Arenal. In addition to its good location, the hotel has a very good infrastructure. Everything is easy to reach: the beach, the yacht club, restaurants, bars, shops… and the bus stop (airport bus / bus to Palma) is next door. For a relaxing holiday, we offer you a total of 24 newly renovated budget, deluxe or superior double rooms.
We are an owner-managed hotel and do not belong to an anonymous hotel chain. We attach great importance to ensuring that our guests feel comfortable, not just in their rooms or on their balconies. That's why we have created areas for shared use both indoors and outdoors on the ground floor, such as a shared kitchen with a lounge or a small pool with sun loungers in the garden. Of course, our guests can also use our WIFI for free. From June 2024 onwards, our offer will also be supplemented by the newly created Beetroot Bistro and Beetroot Market, so that our guests can enjoy delicious snacks, small dishes and cool alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on our terrace next to the entrance area.

Design, comfort and sustainability
The original hotel design reflects the retro design style of the early 70s, combined with current modern standards. A beach hotel with its very own charme. Already in the entrance area we integrated opportunities for our guests to meet and sit together. There is also a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine as well as a large fridge and freezer for shared use. On the terrace in the hotel's garden there is a small swimming pool for cooling off. Several sunbeds, tables and seats are available as well. Sustainability is important to us. That's why, since 2024, we have been one of the first hotels in El Arenal to produce our own electricity using our own solar system on the roof of the building.
Our rooms
At THE BEETROOT we offer 3 different room categories. The 8 budget, 12 deluxe and 4 superior rooms differ in their size (between 18 and 22 m2) and additional equipment, such as desks in the superior rooms. However, the other room standards are identical for all 24 rooms. All of our rooms have 2 modern box spring beds (90 x 200), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, mini safe, a shower room with rainforest shower, toilet, washbasin, towel rail and hairdryer. A balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, air conditioning, mini safe, and free WiFi. Upon request, we also provide our guests with a drying rack. All of our rooms have a balcony with balcony chairs and a small balcony table that is separated from the neighboring rooms and has a separation wall. The hotel rooms also have card-controlled entrance doors, as does the entrance door to the hotel, so that arrival outside reception hours is also possible.
Services
In addition to the code-controlled entrance doors, which enable arrival outside reception hours, THE BEETROOT offers its guests a shared kitchen, free use of mini safes and free WiFi in the rooms. Our outdoor hotel pool is also located on the garden terrace and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. All rooms also have a balcony and air conditioning. From June 2024, our guests will also be able to stay or shop in the hotel's BEETROOT BISTRO and MARKET.
